Develops the long term strategy, policies and procedures and directs the designs, plans, development and implementation of RAN engineering activities for a high profile / large high volume market within the AT&T Wireless Network. Responsible for market RF functions including design, implementation, capacity planning, traffic engineering, capital planning, performance engineering, frequency planning, churn management, market liaison, trials and FOAs. Ensures RAN applications comply with all government, FAA, and FCC regulations. This includes (1) activities such as vendor and supplier relations and the integration of their various technologies into a cohesive product mix and set of consumer products and (2) ensuring that all engineering activities are directed toward providing clarity, quality and capacity to the network and our customers. These activities are extensive and include coordination of various activities amongst equipment vendors, carriers, property owners, various government and regulatory groups. Supervisory: Yes

Lead the RAN Engineering team. Create a high performing team, build talent/capabilities, provide vision and direction, and review team
performance against goals.
Provide strategic direction within market. Work closely with other functional groups to create and communicate business plans and
priorities, set targets and balance short term and long term needs of the market. Act as Network point of contact for VP/GM in the market.
Lead key initiatives within the market.
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
